Karisa has over fifteen years of management experience in operations, finance, and accounting with ten years of leadership in mental health agencies. Karisa was the former lead in accounting for the largest mental health agency in Idaho. She led the company through two acquisitions and was vital in the transition to electronic health records. Karisa also served on the board of a non-profit mental health agency in Idaho. She is passionate about the growing need for mental health providers in our nation and access to care for all people. Karisa received her BBA in Accountancy from Boise State University and holds a Master of Divinity from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University. She lives in Idaho with her husband and two girls.
