In celebration of our second anniversary, we’re releasing the second of two new episodes this week. In this episode, Dr. Graham Taylor is joined by Dr. Deb Hordon. Deb has a Ph.D. in sociology from Columbia University and as over 23 years of experience, that includes consulting global exposure and certification through the International Coach Federation and Emotional Freedom Techniques, International. In her work, Deb is the founder of Cultivating Greatness, her private practice that provides services and leadership, coaching team effectiveness, career change, and organizational culture. Today, Graham and Deb discuss who might benefit from this type of therapy, the process of EFT and developing emotional muscle to find their emotional platform, and the benefits for both patients and a tool for self-care for practitioners.
