Dr. Dana Crawford

Dr. Dana Crawford

Dr. Dana Crawford is a pediatric and clinical psychologist renowned for her development of the Crawford Bias Reduction Theory & Training (CBRT), a methodical approach to tackling bias, prejudice, and racism. A distinguished graduate of Howard, Temple, and Miami universities with degrees spanning counseling, African-American studies, psychology, and the arts, she also holds certifications in Practical Nursing, medical hypnosis, and biofeedback. Dr. Crawford's extensive experience includes work in hospitals, schools, residential treatment centers, and juvenile detention facilities. She has collaborated with the National Black Caucus on legislation for Black maternal health equity and has appeared on various news platforms. Currently, she is a Scholar in Residence at Columbia University's Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute and maintains a successful practice in Manhattan.

Bruce Blankenfeld is a revered practitioner of Hawaiian culture, renowned for his extensive experience as a Polynesian Voyaging Navigator, canoe paddler, and long-time coach. Born and raised on Oahu, Bruce has dedicated his life to preserving and reviving traditional Hawaiian practices. He has played a pivotal role in the Polynesian Voyaging Society, contributing to the rebuilding and navigation of the legendary Hōkūleʻa canoe on its worldwide voyages. With decades of expertise in wayfinding and a deep connection to his Hawaiian heritage, Bruce has inspired countless individuals through his leadership, mentorship, and commitment to cultural sustainability. Beyond his voyaging achievements, he is also a respected community leader and stevedore, deeply rooted in the values of mālama (care) and aloha.

Triad Exam Expert

Natalie Liberman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Since 2012, she has been a faculty member at Gerry Grossman Seminars, and since 2015, an Adjunct Faculty at Pepperdine University's Graduate School of Education and Psychology. In her private practice, Natalie works with clients facing challenges such as substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career and life transitions, sexual problems, social anxiety disorders, communication issues, self-esteem, and overall quality of life concerns. We’re thrilled to have Natalie join us to share her expertise as an exam prep expert and coach for licensing exams.

Dr. Lawrie Ignacio is a licensed clinical psychologist with a distinguished background in psychodynamic and existential psychotherapy, trauma, and clinical personality assessment. She earned her B.A. in English Literature from Gonzaga University, an M.A. in Philosophy from Bowling Green State University, and a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, Hawaii. Dr. Ignacio serves as an Adjunct Professor at both the Hawai’i School of Professional Psychology at Chaminade University and the California Institute of Integral Studies. Residing in Honolulu, she balances her academic roles with a thriving private practice.
