Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy and Sexualized Drug Use

Sexualized drug use, the fusion of compulsive substance misuse and sexual behavior, is a complex and growing phenomenon. Certain classes of drugs, notably amphetamines, contribute to an escalation of sexual arousal and sexual behavior. The resulting powerlessness over the addiction(s) leads to a number of devastating complications. Heart centered hypnotherapy is an excellent intervention to address the underlying issues that contribute to the risk for, and actual development of, sexualized drug use. Foremost among these precursors is trauma along with other adverse childhood experiences. The internal corrective work of hypnotherapy can be extremely beneficial in helping people identify and correct internal beliefs along with supporting ongoing healing and recovery.

What is Chakra - A basic Understanding and Application for Therapy Use

This presentation will highlight 7 major basic chakras functions and possible applications for subconscious therapy use. Chakra is the powerful subtle energy force within and around the body, which usually cannot be seen but is understood through the idea of layers of bodies functions (emotional, mental, and higher), and each chakra has a unique assigned function for living purpose. One of the important concepts in chakra learning is that each chakra remembers connecting with the idea of Karma based on serving physical, psychological, and spiritual processing. The possible application of utilizing the Chakra system is to identify, clean, and  heal an individual’s chakra system through the use of subconscious therapies including hypnotherapy.

The Subtleties of Trauma Spectrum Disorders and Helping America’s Returning Warriors Regain their Mastery and Control with Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy

Indeed, an estimated 10-20 percent of returning soldiers will have PTSD. What about the other 80-90 percent? What are their experiences and are those experiences clinically relevant or indicative of psychosocial problems? By using intimate stories drawn from real cases and COL Yarvis’ own war-time experiences, we will explore the challenges associated with caring for warriors and their families. Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy is presented as an intimate, yet potent evidenced-based therapy that can outperform and/or deepen the impact of other evidenced-based trauma-informed interventions.
